MSF Venezuela update + audio for immediate use

01 July 2026 - Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) teams in Venezuela have been continuing to distribute medical supplies and disinfectants to several hospitals in Caracas and La Guaira following last week's earthquakes.

A mobile clinic started activities today in Naiguatá, in La Guaira, one of the most hit places where humanitarian needs and operational gaps are currently significant. The mobile clinic consists of an MSF team of 12 people including a medical doctor, nurses, psychologist, health promoter, environmental health specialist and others.

The teams are also donating 1,000 body bags, together with PPEs and disinfectants, to the central morgue.

Donations are being delivered to Hospital Pérez de León and other hospitals in coordination with the Ministry of Health. Up to now we have provided supplies for almost 4,000 patients.
